Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility and process for cancellations and refunds on Premium.

1. Nature of the product

UNIQUE Premium is a digital subscription, billed in Indian Rupees (₹), that unlocks the full question bank for a fixed term. Access is activated immediately on successful payment. Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, all purchases are final once access has been granted, except as set out in this policy.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel Premium at any time by writing to support@uniqueprep.in. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the term already paid for. No pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of a term.

Email support@uniqueprep.in with your registered phone number or account email, the transaction reference, and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify the payment, and will communicate our decision to you after review.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for funds to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank: most issues are resolved faster that way. Where a chargeback is raised without first contacting us, or is found to be unwarranted, we may suspend the associated account pending resolution.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
