1. Our intellectual property

The UNIQUE name, logo, website design, and software, and the original selection, arrangement, classification, editorial curation, and frequency analysis of the question bank, are original works owned by UNIQUE PREP ACADEMY or its licensors and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, reproduce, extract, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation may attract civil and criminal liability under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Examination questions: educational use

UNIQUE compiles and organises previous-year examination questions solely for the purposes of education, private study, and research, consistent with the fair-dealing provisions of Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957. Copyright in the underlying questions remains with the respective examining bodies (including, where applicable, Kerala University of Health Sciences). They are reproduced for educational reference only and not for commercial exploitation of the source works.

3. Trademarks

Names and marks of universities and examining bodies referenced on UNIQUE are the property of their respective owners. Their use is nominative and descriptive only, and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

4. Reporting infringement (takedown)

If you are a rights holder and believe content on UNIQUE infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@uniqueprep.in including:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• the exact URL or location of the material on UNIQUE;
• your contact details (name, email, and, if relevant, organisation);
• a good-faith statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.

We review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, within the timelines contemplated by applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
